Five projects, including High Strength & High Toughness Complex Moulding Abrasion-Resistant Steel Core Technology R&D and Application, win the conclusions that are the world leading technologies by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology and have been recommended to be applied and practiced in steel industry.
High Strength & High Toughness Complex Moulding Abrasion-Resistant Steel Core Technology R&D and Application could manufacture 1100-2000MPa martensite abrasion-resistant steel with high toughness and high flatness capabilities and a mass production of F Class 2000MPa materials. HBIS 350Km High Speed Rail Technology Innovations and Applications Project develops Low Oxygen Smelting & Slag control and High Homogeneity continuous casting slab technology, improving the metallurgical quality, surface quality and flatness of 350Km/h class rails, has achieved the volume production.
"Research and Development of Q&P Steel for the 3rd Generation Automobile" project has realized the batch and stable production of Q&P steel through the development of multiphase organization and control technology and rebound prediction technology.
